I’ve been extremely busy in the past year, having started my own project management practice. I’m in charge of EVERYTHING…
I used to listen to large amounts of podcasts and to read large amounts of blogs. Since I have almost no time left in the day (or night), I declared “bankruptcy” and decided to concentrate on the essentials.
Here is the list of project management podcasts and blogs I recommend:
- The PMO Podcast. Mark Perry of BOT International hosts this podcast.
- The Project Management Podcast. Cornelius Fitchner started the PM podcasting thing.
- Herding Cats. The very prolific Glen B. Alleman writes this blog.
- Quantmleap. Written down under by the very wise Shim Marom.
If you follow these four, you’ll agree that I sacrificed volume but not quality.
Connect with me on LinkedIn. I am a LinkedIn Open Networker (LION); you can use “Friend” to add me to your network, please mention the blog in your request.

Hi Pat, thanks for kinds words. It is humbling to be short listed and further humbling to be in the same list alongside such fantastic content and thought provoking professionals like Mark, Cornelius and Glen.

Shim,
Thought provoking is a great qualifier for your blog and the other guy's contributions to project management.
Keep writing and I'll keep reading.
Cheers!
