Yesterday I listened to Phil McKinney’s Killer Innovations podcast on innovation leadership and if you replaced “innovation” with “project management”, I think it still applies.

I listen to every episode of the podcast. It looks like Phil will be increasing the frequency of his podcasting as he is moving on from HP. I’ll say that that is bad for HP but good for his listeners.
