I finally decided to throw myself at the wolves and to start blogging about my views on project management. I’ve been musing this for a long while, inspired by the great contributions of others:
· Cornelius Fichtner and Mark Perry whose podcasts I’ve listened to almost from the beginning,
· Glen B. Alleman because I love his dedication to doing things the right way, and
· Geoff Crane whose recent post pushed me over the edge. If you end up hating my blog, blame him...
A little about me; I started my working life as a member of the Canadian Armed Forces, became an engineer, and eventually became a PMP. I have been around the block quite a few times on software projects in manufacturing. I hope I can give back to the project management field through this blog.

Patrick,
Thanks for the link. I too started with a short career in the US Army, circa 1969-1973, Vietnam and Europe.
Thanks for the look at Herding Cats, I'll make all effort to meet your expectations. Look forward to your thoughts
